We understand you want to learn all about our sweet puppies, but we wanted you to learn a little about Sue and Charlotte Croft, too!
Located in Palmer Rapids, Ontario, about 2.5 hours from Ottawa and 4 hours from Toronto, Sue and Charlotte Croft have dedicated over 25 years to providing families with healthy, happy, well-socialized, and loving puppies.
At Serendipity Acres, Sue and Charlotte Croft strive to ensure every puppy is raised with care and love. We track and record all communications to ensure a safe and smooth transaction. Sue is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Vet Care and weekly updates
Sue and Charlotte want the best for their puppies! In fact, our local family veterinarian visits the puppies in-house weekly. This is an expensive way to do things, but it ensures the puppies receive full examinations, including hips, eyes, and heart, without the stress of leaving Serendipity Acres. The puppies come with their first vaccination and deworming. We feed Royal Canin to support their growth and development, and we also provide a 24-hour supply when you pick up your puppy.
To help us place a new puppy in your home, please take a few minutes to complete our Puppy Buyers Questionnaire. At Serendipity Acres, we breed from age 2 to 5 approximately, keeping our own line to crossbreed first-generation (F1) puppies. In few cases, we breed F1B to produce healthy puppies with excellent temperament.
Sue will send weekly photos and milestone updates of the puppies, once the deposit is received. This is the time to pick up your puppy or arrange for a home visit. And what an exciting time it is!
